Game hopping since 2003. |
2 SE Keys. 2 Accounts. Entered both into both accounts. Account 2 created on 08/09 was validated today. No email on either accounts. Account 1 created months ago (and fed the exact same keys) is unvalidated. |

almost 4 days to get in OB, following every single GOA's instruction...i give up..sorry they cant manage this game to me but worse how they will suppose to manage the game when it will goes live? (in game events, server issues, account problems ecc..)... Sorry i give them more than one chance, now switching definitly to NA servers... see you in game (hopefully) |

I got my key after 4 days too and it was my old account which was validated...now we gonna wait and see what happen this Sunday. |

Sorry to be so blunt, but that's utter b*ll*cks. I waited 3 days for my cofirmation email before cancelling my order for the game. I never did get the email. On top of that, the £20.00 so called 'fast subscriber servers' from Fileplay appear to be a myth, with the download I started at about 16:00GMT still going when I went to bed at midnight... |

ok. i got the email and authenticated my beta key. but the patcher still doesn't recognise my account credentials. i check my email again, log-in their portal. and the key is cool. the only thing i think that won't let me authenticate is that i downloaded the beta client files from the main website rather than from fileplay - where i got my beta key from. any ideas, anyone? cheers! |

Man havent they looked at the whole Failcom incident? Ive been trying for a hour to just get into the account making site, no respond, zip. Dont freaking launch a game unless u have everything sorted out... Everybody know how the first impression sticks.

Is it just me or are the GOA servers running a lot better than the US ones now? I keep seeing messages on the herald about this and this US server being down for maintenance. Yet I've never seen Burlok (EU) down yet. Not that I'm complaining :) |
