Just wondering has anyone else not recieved their Full Retail activation Key from Direct2drive yet?

They told me when they sent the Head Start Key that they would send them on the 17th and I hav'nt had mine .... getting a little worried now , and all I got was the standard Automated Blah Blah Blah email from support .

Hmmm thinking about it,

I havent had mine yet, and its nearly 12pm GMT...so will that mean the key will be invalid?

Meh im gonna stay logged in haha ;P

I'm getting soooo angry now, still no Full retail Key from dirct2drive after it was promised on the 17thy, no annswer to support emails no fucking phone number to ring ! If I lose my access to the game because of these jerks I dont know what I'm going to do..

phew I am in head start so I have another 7 days to key in retail key

 

I was planning to buy from direct2drive but will wait now

I had not received my key from direct2drive.co.uk on the 17th as it said it would be emailed then.

so this morning I went and clicked on the download now button under my account and it sent the email with the retail key and another email with the headstart and items key. these arrived in a couple of minutes.

Expect there automated system is overloaded or just does not work. Then again you dont need to enter the retail key for 7 days if you have the headstart key registered according to GOA.

Update I now have had my key, but only after spamming their Support Ticket syatem with about 30 tickets its seems to have donre the trick.

They really should have a better support because even tho I've now had my key , I've been so stressed and angry about it and wont ever use them again.

When are these companies going to learn especially online ones.

I know some people slag of Play.com but at the very least you can phone them if your getting angry. And companies that dont respond to support emails just make the customer more angry.

Its a little sad because I do like the idea of sites like Direct2drive, but today they have lost a good customer in me for no reason other than no response.

You just need to go to your account details and click send key , from yesterday around midd day that started to send the final retail key instead of the HS + Item key . Easy , simple , fast ...

i just logged in and selected send info, i got my retail key already from them.

Thanks for the info, but they did say they would email the Key on the 17 th and that is where I got confused I think, and I had tried that but I just kept getting the Headstart Keys instead.
