World of Warcraft

 I think WOW is great..at least I did, but this endless information dripped wait for an expansion that really should have been here months ago really has taken its toll on my interest.  Its only a ten level expansion and yet its taken 2 years, virtually, to get here, with many continually paying subs with ever changing release date expectations. They really should have at least introduced a couple of new battlegrounds into the game regardless of the expansion.  I am definately going to play WAR from the 18th, mainly because I struggle to even contemplate logging on to WOW at the minute. I personally think Blizzard themselves are developing newer games and that this has taken a bit of a back seat..at this rate you won't see lev 80 to 90 christmas 2010.  We should really have been climbing to 100 by now after 4 years...

What in the hell are those WAR trolls doing here.

As soon as you play Wrath you'll understand why its taken so long.. its well worth the wait.

As soon as you play Wrath you'll understand why its taken so long.. its well worth the wait.

I logged into my friends account yesterday and I was horrified at the fact that season 2 armor can be had for honor.... Blizzard is killing this gaming making it for 6 year olds and its damned ridiculous! WoTLK is just going to make it easier and easier down to a long grind of pressing 1-2 buttons, afk'ing BGs to farm season 5 and same for raids for tier 7 (and making anything and everything they worked hard on completely useless).

Blizzard WAS doing a good job. Now here is hopes for SC/Diablo MMO? Meh, maybe another company will do something good (and that does not mean EA or Warhammer).

Season 2 can be had for honor because areans are currently on season 4.  Did you even give that fact a little thought?  It has always been blizzard plan to give old season gear for honor but always gear that is two seasons old.

Ya, its pretty relentless. Only a handful of Warcraft boards that actually talk about the game anymore.... And this is not one of them.

There is a classic comment from someone who has never worked or been even close to a development project before!

As for moving date expectations, they have come from the MMO community and not from Blizzard so the only people you have to blame for 'expecting' the expansion to be released at a particular time is yourselves!

Plus, we have to factor in that over the time it has taken to develop this new expansion they have introduced other content too, so it isn't like they have been sitting on their asses doing nothing in all that time then all of a sudden someone walked into the office a few weeks ago and said "oh well, i suppose we better get this finished"
