This question is for anyone out there who has done it or knows how to.

How/where did you order your copy of the EU version of WAR from?
Direct2Drive isn't accepting a US card and no paypal either.
EA's Store isn't giving me an option for the EU version.

Someone please give me a link to where an American can buy a digital copy of the EU version of WAR.

or, if i pre-order a boxed copy tonight, is there any place that will give me a head start code and allow me to play till my copy is delivered?
