No one has the right to flame you for your own personal preference. that said i tried AoC from launch day for 3 months and realised i'd wasted money on lies by FunCom as nothing promised to be in the game that i was waiting 4 years for is actually in it. PS: I don't play or intend on playing WAR. |

What an insightful and well considered opinion, presented to us all in a logical and coherant manner.... I am forced to conclude from the terms "Next Gen" and "Cartoony" that the OP feels that graphics are all it takes to make a game. I prefer functioning code and a working game engine myself. But that would turn the title in to "AOC = On the ropes from being released too soon /// War = Too soon to tell". Which is far less trolly/flamey....

WAR's graphic's are not as toony as other games. If you turn down AoC's graphics, WAR's graphics are more pleasing, and less grainy/blurred. AoC jumped to far ahead of the game. Top end system still cringe in big PvP battles, unless you turn down the graphics, making it not look that good. They should of took one from Mythics book, work on playability, stability, and balance, not eye candy. The definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. When will developers (and players) become sane? Now go eat some grass like everyone else. |
