Have heard the Headstart will begin tommorow have 2 questions:

1. when does it start??

2. I have been into the open beta, and downloaded the client.. do I have to download anything, or make a new account??

Play on EU server..

You have to have a Collector's Edition Headstart key to play tomarrow... or, a Regular Edition Headstart Key to start on Tuesday. Short of these, you must wait until the officially launches.

Really??? argh crap!....Are u sure... I bought as a download on monday the 1 september... Can that change anything??

Just so you know, that other guy answered your question slightly incorrectly, he's assuming you have the US version.  Read the link I gave you if you want the accurate answer.  Or trust to more inaccuracy.

1. Tomorrow at 1 pm eastern time.

2. No you will most likely need to just patch. For the game release even you wont need to D/L the discs you will just need to patch threw the patcher.

with questions like that.. i can not to ask..do you even have an early start code..

I think it really sucks that the collecter's editions gets 2 days ahead over the standarad ones.

And even better, the COE isn't even available anymore! SO that forces me to wait for 2 more days :(

You know, with only CE p[ayers for a couple of days, that might get boring with the drastically reduced numbers.

Mythic knows that players value this, and players who are willing to spend 2x the cash for an extra 2 days ahead of everyone else in the game also know that's what the most important thing is for the headstart.

It will be a PvE grind and gearing fest, Lol.

I might log in for the headstart to give the game another few days trial. Too many players annoyed me in the Open Beta, and it should be interesting to see how things are with just the head starters. I can also gain advantage over them before they start so that I won't have to be around them all the time when the servers open to everyone else.

Now that I think about it that way, the gaming experience can be very different than in Open Beta!

Headstart weekend plan:

As some of you might know the open beta will end this weekend, the head start will begin and lead us into the launch on September 18th. This is how the schedule for the coming days looks:

• We will close the open beta servers on Saturday afternoon at 15:00 CET. We thank you for the time you spent in the game and for your feedback which helped us to apply the last layer of polish.
• If you own a Collector’s Edition Pre-Order you will be able to enter your head start code on Sunday at 1:00am CET. Also, you will be able to register your bonus items at that time. The head start for the owners of a Collector’s Edition Pre-Order will begin on Sunday afternoon.
• If you own a Standard Edition Pre-Order you will be able to enter your head start code and your bonus item code on Monday at 9:00am CET. You will be able to log into the game and play as soon as your code has been validated.

Those of you who played the open beta will be able to use the same client for the head start. If you haven’t played WAR yet, make sure to download the client be ready for the game.

To be part of the head start you need an active account on our webpage www.war-europe.com. If you already have one, make sure that you know your login and password and then all you have to do is wait until you can enter the head start code.

If you don’t have an account yet, now is the time to create a new account. Even if you don’t have a head start code, you will need this account for release on September 18th.

This is going to be an interesting time for all of us. WAR is finally coming and the battles for the Warhammer world will begin.

well you should have had a key sent to you from who ever you pre-orderd it form.
