Does anybody have information about the CE box shipments? Last I checked the "Head Start" program is coming here soon ... yet I've received no notice from the EA Store that my box has even shipped yet. Trying to talk to one of their mindless "Customer Service" people is like talking to a fanboi/hater (It's funny at first ... but gets old fast). Anybody know anything? I'd prefer to be playing the game by Thursday at least ... that WAS the point in paying them money back in March ... |

You can use the Open beta client for the headstart and for a couple of days after the official launch. You will be fine if you have this. Cheers! |

Unfortunately, I never received my beta codes so I can't do anything either. My order is still showing as submitted and I have it being shipped via Fed Ex. I already sent them a letter stating if my order isn't showing shipped by tommorow, to cancel my Fed Ex charges. I mean whats the point of paying $30 extra bucks to have something shipped late? EDIT: Just a kindly reminder, nothing against Mythic for choosing EA to ship their products, but EA is the worst friggin publisher, by far worse than SOE. |

That's what I was going to say. Physical shipment occurs so that they arrive when boxes hit the shelves. That's why online pre-orders give OB, HS and item codes by email. |

I received an email a few days back our european ce's will be delivered the 25th... I have no idea how I'll be able to play between the head start and the 25th... |

Dixons, it was the first shop able to preorder in the netherlands. I did also receive the preorder kit months ago. |
