I canceled my account 2 days ago lol and I got banned for killing players that were trying to get to the noble district villas.

Pretty lame tho , they knew I was leaving so banned me to keep their existing carebear customers happy .

The game is going to die a slow death. Especially when their was only 45 players logged into the entire server .

That sucks

But you can't tell how many players are logged onto a server anymore, the max amount you will be shown is 45.

Slow??????????????  Hell...its sinking faster than the Titanic after it hit the iceberg.  Have you seen Funcom stock?  Everyday it hits an all time low. ($9.88) something like $1.70 u.s.

sucks that you got banned but were you ever planning on coming back?  I know I never will.  My CE box hit the trash can over a month ago.

My friend, who continued his subscription after the initial month, but didn't really play all that much, got banned roughly 1 week before the end of his sub. He didn't get any e-mail explaining what was the reason for the banning of his account and couldn't get a reply from FunCom either. Not that he cared, since he was going to cancel anyway... The only thing he did while he was subbed was log into the game a couple of times to kill people his level and check the broker NPC.

Another friend of mine discovered a dupe bug - very easy to reproduce - which he was kind enough to report in detail after having built a T3 town pretty much by himself. The bug hasn't been fixed to this day and his account is still in good standing.

Way to go, FunCom!

 Yep I also was banned, no biggie. It just helps me move along to something new. Anyway there are a few MMO's that are comming out that could be the one. lately the MMO world just completely sux. Nothing really out there worth mentioning. Anyway we will just have to wait for something worthwhile.

Congratulations now you dont have to waste money on their worthless crap excuse for a game.

GIve the Warhammer beta a try, its way more fun and stable than AOC already.

i cancelled my account, deleted my main, uninstalled, and threw away the box/dvd.......

why would anyone care if they got banned?

You'll be sorry when they deliver the "miracle patch" and you miss out on the live release of the game!

 I just uninstalled, that is something very rare. I have crap on my hard disk from 2002.

I did as well. I uninstalled the moment after I canceled and was then instantly banned from the forums, even though my accounts access to the game lasts until december!

i don't keep any "unessecary" programs on my computer, so after i uninstalled, i deleted the file too.....

I should log on and get banned just for kicks.

I just hate the spawn campers and all of them should be banned.

This is the only game where people congratulate you with sincerity on getting banned.

GM's have no idea who you are, or anything about your account, other than you were someone breaking the rules. You wanted to be banned.

GM's and Customer Support in AoC is worst than in SWG. Didn't think I would ever say that.....

They must have a reason and if you don't know then you need help - medical or legal  - more information is required.
