Not a bad review, gives it 8 out of 10, though he marks it down for low population!? What do you expect in Beta! Seems the review is taken from CB and OB as he mentions Praag which was only available in CB!

Obviously though they say they are going to re visit it, thought eurogamer gave most MMO's including AoC an 8/10.

Fair review..Time will tell if this mmorpg can keep player playing for years, i don`t think it can but i might be wrong. I have followed this game from day one but i can`t see me playing it for years to come as a matter of fact i will play it for a couple of months until my first city raid and then stop.

I come from the old school mmorpg community and like a big open world. If darkfall come out then i will be leaving war or if Vanguard ever sorts out it`s PVP ffa server then i will be gone or better still , if www.mortalonline.com/  sticks to the game plan i am gone.

WAR is a good game but i just get the feeling it was made with kids in mind? being lead by the hand is not my idea of a mmorpg.

Remember, this is a review from EUROgamer, and he's playing on Euro servers, and until a few days ago the servers were empty, because only CB testers could get in due to the borked OB sign up. Some of my friends are still waiting to get in btw, but it's unlikely they will, since OB is almost over.

I have been playing it for a while and it`s a fair review. The european server have loads of people in them. Last  night you had waiting times to get on 6 EN servers of up to 90 mins. They are laggy servers and need optimising to play on many pc set-ups.

I feel sorry for people with single core PC onc ethe big RVR battles start.

The rating is strange, given the many "buts", though rating numbers are always. I agree to the text, the strong points and the questionable ones.
