** Ooh theeres aaa monkey in my pocket and hes stealing all my change **

Just wondering how much content the Final version will have over the beta version and how much work is going to be added.

There are many small bugs and so on you encounter constantly in Beta, not that I didn't expect it but I just want to hear if the devs have courtesy and time on their hands to fix most of them before release

The final will be just as polished as it is now. Theres only a week left, not much will change.

In terms of content I believe the OB is level capped??

servers are coming down friday morning for the final patch (4.1.1) before launch. Its quite a big one actually.

theres going to be a lot of bugs left, but there always are.

yes, OB is capped at rank 20.

There will proly be a patch  with a lot of bug fixed but nothing huge i wouldnt think , what we got now is about what we will be playing at launch  it will proly run and play a bit better , but no drastic improvment .

I think it'll be probably the most polished game we've seen since Lord of the Rings Online or WoW's launch (and both had some negatives just nto many).   The most recent mini patch is a perfect indication of this...I didnt' run into any of the "Not attackable" mobs last night and I was on a high pop server in a busy area.

Scott Jennings said it best...

""First off, one quibble - when you start an “Open Beta Test” one week before a game’s release? If it’s not yet ready for prime time, even bad SNL references won’t save you. Let’s be honest here - this isn’t a beta test. The game’s locked down (at least it had better be), and you’ve moved to a marketing preview/encouragement of pre-order sales. Once you let effectively anyone who wants to kick the tires and light the fires of your game, it had better be ready for prime time, because that is what your early adopters are looking to test - and badly managed open betas strangled any number of games stillborn. You don’t get the “but it’s still in testing!” excuse when you open the floodgates, any more than you get the “but it just launched!” excuse a week later."

Patch 4.2 was on the beta servers and the live servers are getting 4.1.1 today. I didn't look carefully at the patch notes but I bet 4.2 goes live on Sunday and includes whatever didn't make it into 4.1.1.

Outside of some UI polish and simple class tweaks, not much more than you're seeing in OB right now. I'd say the game's more or less ready to launch. The most prevalent bugs aren't terribly game-breaking and hopefully Mythic won't ignore the worst of them to add small stuff in the first few major patches post-release (typical early WoW patch fix: characters now blink both eyes at the same time! added /golfclap!  added proper sound effects when moving certain items around in containers!) while bedlam occurs around them.

I got so much
trouble on my mind
Refuse to lose.

The game is quite polished as it is.

But I am sure we will see some big changes:

High quality textures

GUI fixes

Improved animations for number of classes

More graphic customisability

...

Many things.

Even LOTRO that was probably the most polished MMO in beta. Got big update for release.
