WAR is the first game that I have played which has left me feeling that this is a game that can compete with WOW. After only playing the beta for a day it has impressed me greatly. It has that hidden secret ingredient that wants you to play more |

WAR "failed" the second they decided to use PunkBuster in it - period. Everything else after that point pales in comparison to that horrific decision. Moving that god awful piece of code into the MMO genre will destroy any hopes the game ever had of succeeding - especially once the Everbalance team starts using it to their own favor like they have with BF2 and BF2142.

No ones calling you stupid mate, and I've been playing Warhammer since the mid 80's. Chip on your shoulder much? |

Well, having only gotten up to rank 8, I have no idea what to expect for the future. I have no experience with end-game content so at this point I have no idea how long I see my self playing WAR. Because really, it all comes down to how the game is after you've reached max rank. So we'll see. |
