What lvl do you get mounts ? 

How open is T-4 Area ?  

 End game as a high lvl ?  What you do when you get to your max lvl ?

Since you cant go back to T-1 T-2 T-3  i would not go back there, So whats to do for End Game ?

Ive done many MMOs but this is the first one that PVP matters ! :)

PvE, RvR, Crafting, Roleplaying... Same thing you do in every MMO.

You can go back, you just can't RvR in zones lower than your tier.

You get mounts at lvl 20

It is very large and open with alot of room for PvP in different terrain and areas.

End game consists of Keep Sieging, End Game Scenarios, RvR in The tiers your able to fight in, along with Unlocking things in the Tome of Knowledge(you get special items for alot of the unlocks).  Along with this you have PQ's and Instances/Raids for PvE stuff.

Ive done many MMOs but this is the first one that PVP matters ! :)

End game is very fun, and IMHO much better than the early game play.

One other thing if you go back to lower teirs you will be debuffed into a chicken and youll fight on par or underpar with the people in those areas (IE no ganking sorry)

Thats only on the Open Servers....You can go to Lower Tiers on the Core Server..You just can't enter scenarios there and you get chickened in the RvR Areas of the map.  You can participate in the PvE all you want.
