Is shout a zone-wide channel, or only a certain distance from your toon? One thing that seemed very odd about warhammer is there was nobody chatting at all.  Was I missing something or what?  I'm not looking for barrens chat, but this is the first mmo I've played that nobody says a word.

Yea ive tryed to say stuff in /1 and seems everyone is too buzy or  since the words are same color as world mob chat, mabe they just not seeing it?

Let's all send in a ticket and ask them, to set up were we can have a local and a world chat that shows up, in chat section with a differnt color and text size ?

I just hope its because people are rushing to lvl and see as much of the game as possible ?

Seems as if people don't need to chat:

With so many people doing PvE, you just add them to a group, then chat. (  PvE seems too easy and quest are short ).

Public Quest, are same thing as its self explanatory.

RvR self explanatory along with Warband chat ( still not much is needed ) .

I'm sure it's better for guild chat, but no one answers when I ask to find a guild.

I also know for me in most all mmos, I don't even look at the chat until level 10 or so, as I have a lot to figure out.

I find Warhammer easy in some ways. They took out the bull crap you will find in EQ2, where you would be desperately trying to find simple answers.  A good ex. is, that you have to buy a bag to put your sell stuff in, or using  /4 <enter>  to find groups to do things.  This is what a lot of chat consist of in most MMO's( EQ2 is bad and why most don't even stay with the game).

Warhammer you can concentrate on War !!!
