2nd is garbage but 1 and 3 are absolutely fantastic :) im crying right now with laughter long time since anything made me do that

i spammed the site about 5 times and got the email about 5 mins afterwards - worked for me - this was about 7 am gmt though so may have been less busy. I was waiting for about 16 hours before i did this though.

Game server just went down i think - if anyone knows if it did please let me know. Thanks

I think this has been a complete and outter failure, no communication, no support, its an absolute shambles. 24hrs after I was supposed to be able to play and nothing. The worst thing is I dont know its there is something wrong with my version since alot of people are going on about downloading a new client.

I validated my key, got my email, got into my account, patched it to 100%, hit play.....

and nothing happened, like I hit close or something.

over 48hrs since we should have been logging in and getting our first glimpse of WAR and we still cant get keys validated.

This is indeed nothing short of abysmal, yet I am not surprised.. It is GOA after all. One would think that they would actually try harder this time around concidering what they did to the EU version of DAoC, but alas, they clearly do not care for their customers, nor the reputation of Mythic.

I have gotten both my emails, it "only" took about 3-4 hours. The problem is that I cannot log in to the patcher client, so no patching, no playing. I'm getting the "Authentication Failed" message.. last night they said "Our technical teams are aware of this issue and are currently fixing it. It should work at the end of the evening". Well,  14 hours later and I'm still getting nowhere.

Is the GOA CEO related to the mythic CEO because for the life of my i cannot see after GOA handling of DAoC they managed to get WAR too

I'm gona have to say that as long as GOA is in charge of the european service WAR is not worth it. This is only an open beta. but it shows how inept they are at solving problems. Imagine if this where to happen at the "real" launch or a few weeks after.

As long as GOA has anything to do with WAR, I will not give them my money, the risk of a subpar service is just to great.

 even game network can do better than these GOA benders.

the only thing worth knowing right now is how many people aren't playing.  As if those actually playing the beta would read his bs news messages.

 Has anyone.....anyone...found any more information about the login 'authentication' error?  I can't believe we still can't get in and no word since yesterday.....

that hasn't worked so far for me.  I first tried spam attack at about 10am GMT with 5 in succession.  Then I tried again a bit later with 10 completed forms all open in my browser, clicking one after the other.  Still no email, so since then I have been filling forms randomly in between reading forum posts.  I estimate I must have submitted another 15 forms, so in total, I have submitted 30 forms this morning and still no email.  I didn't even get an email to ask me to stop please sending requests to their site.  I hope I am not flagged as a spam sender by now, although that is possible.  However, I doubt with the number of incoming requests they would have bothered with the overhead of a filtering system, so at least my requests must have been recorded and are sitting waiting to be checked by their broken database software whatevar

anyone else still not in the beta

i entered my beta code just over a day ago and i still havent had an e-mail to say if it worked or not

i have since re entered my code a good 10 times, and no e-mail, GOA has now taken over 2 days of my open beta and im sittin here waiting for a bloody e-mail
