This is a game thats been in creation for many years. The people making it are a couple who work full time in the computer industry. They make this game in there spare time, but they have started charging a little bit of money in the last year or so. Anyway, the point of this post is that the combat in this game is very near to what combat will be in Darkfall. Lots of mounted combat and in big groups. The downfall is that its not an online game, so your playing my yourself. But its very fun, and anyone who likes a good rpg will love it. If your bored and waiting for DF then go check this game out.

Not active, but now and then I spend a few hours on it. Mostly arena fights I enjoy the gameplay in M&B. ______________________________ __________________________________

I've been playing M&B. Very creative game. On the other side, I hope Darkfall is not to much like Oblivion combat - Have never liked combat in the Elder scroll games. M&B Combat on the other hand much more creative and diverse. |

I started playing M&B after one of the Darkfall devs made favorable comparions between Darkfall and M&B. I find that a little hard to swallow, but nevermind. The mounted combat is M&B is incredible. The unmounted combat is generally dull, although sieges can be fun. It's a sandbox game, but I'm sure most people set about conquering the world at some point. |

I love this game and I aim to buy it when it comes out.
