hey guys im sorry if this topic has been discussed before, but my friend preordered warhammer today from target. he went to mythic's website and validated is key and all that and it says hes good for open beta. now when he went to fileplanet to download the game it says that his key isnt authentic or is in use by another account. anyone one else have this trouble? |

I had that problem...I think I fixed it by logging into my fileplanet account? Can't remember for sure. |

Try using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox. |

also in case you did what i did the first few times, you have to type it "Exactly" as is appears on the car, that includes the dash marks as well, as an example type your code with everything you see on the card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx |
