Can someone please pleaseee link me to a video or anything to get me excited about this game? it looks alright at most, im not a hater , i seriously want to like this game. I want a new MMORPG to play but this game right now just looks a bit meh.

I would like it if anyone can post any review(fair one) or video which shows a good sum up of the game in beta with graphics on high.

Im 50/50 to whether or not to get this game.

well i dont have one. But if u enjoy RvR then yes u should get it, if ur tired of having to quest to level, yes get it, if u want to PvE all day, dont get it.

I found it... fun.  of course I kept rerolling different classes so I never got over 17, but one of the most fun games to heal in i've played, so I suggest it if you are a healer in most MMOs.

Currently you cannot put graphics on high in beta.  I would wait until open beta or release to see videos with high graphics settings.  I am not sure if open beta will have high graphics but at least release will :)

As was already stated you cannot run the game on high graphics yet. You can force some improvements through your graphics card control panel but it still won't give you release quality graphics.

Its not a rumor and I'm to lazy to find the link for you. In the most recent update from MBJ though he mentioned more graphics options are in the OB client so wait for OB. Hopefully the full graphics build will be in at that point. In PW we had these setting "High quality, custom, Cant remember name but it was a medium type setting, and fastest framerate." Switching from High quality to fastest framrate on a computer barly meeting reqs I didnt notice much graphical diffrence so from what MBJ said I'm expecting more graphical options for OB.

if you like killing noobs this is your game, you can get some friends and roll a few diff classes and warband up and wipe zergs out like flies with a big ole can or ddt.  its not any more fun pve wise then other pve games, but on the bright side you can get to level 40 pvp rank 80 without ever touching pve.  the pvp levels you faster gets you rank simultaniously(pvp kills in scenariors/world areas = xp and pvp xp) gives fat cash via pvp kill quests and is the best dam pvp system ive ever played, and i cant think of a single premium mmo i havent tried out and pvped in so =p to you nah sayers.  its true this game might not be your cup of tea but you really do have to try it before you decide it isnt if you like killing people more then predictable old boring ai, not that there arent plenty of silly people on the internet who arent as easy to kill as ai its just you can def find some smart ones that are fun to kill since they know how to fight back!

Awesome video.  I have only played in beta about 5 days.  But I am really looking forward to this.  The in game graphics are really pretty and if these are only going to improve I can't wait.

You really have to try it out for yourself to see if it is your kind of game or not.  It all just depends on what you like.

It tells you what works and what does not work right now. Do keep in mind the Devs are mostly aware of all the "does not work" part and are hard at work to correct them. here is the latest Mbj post about what fixes are coming.

Actually, this review is one of the first that has me very concerned.  It seems to be written by an intelligent and knowledgable person, and not someone with the standard "OMGZ WAR rocks!" or "OMGZ WAR sucks!" mentality.  That said, in my opinion, it doesn't paint a very good picture of the current state of WAR.  I hate to say it, but it sounds very similar (but maybe not as bad) to the state AOC just before release.  Someone please tell me I am way off base on this.

The bugs and broken mechanics have me concerned, but not as concerned as reading that the basic rules of gameplay will not hold many people's interest very long in it's current state.  It actually sounds like the release should be postponed until some of the rules of play are ironed out (but I know this isn't possible now).

Anyway, please tell me I am wrong in my assessment.
