I get annoyed already the second time my wife says the same obvious thing and yes that goes both ways. (We still talk with each others btw.)

Look at GU2 to GU6.

That is HORRIBLE!

I was so counting on this model update, as it is the only thing holding me back now from playing (I prefer to look good in these games)

Ah well. Another SOE product down the drain.

This code is in test.  It is not done!  Lets see what it looks like when it done.  This is why they have a test server and let people give feedback.

For simplicity, please post your constructive critisism here. Here is a list of things that we are adjusting right now: 1. Character shading (the dark side of skin) - Skin will be looking better in general, 5 a clock shadows will be removed. 2. Face adjusments (Females) - Focus on making them look more feminine, Males have been tweaked cheeks slightly adjusted for silluet. 3. Nose Width - Reduced on problematic races in the model. Customization limits are being changed to allow for more control. 4. Armor - Female armor has been adjusted. Most heavy armor has been reverted to the previous style, most of the medium has been reverted to previous style and a handful of light armor has been reverted to previous style (we kept skin showing for the ones we felt worked the best). 5. Furries - Adjusted the neck and lips of the Vulmane and Raki. 6. General Bug Fixing - Things hiding other things incorrectly, clipping issues etc etc.

Sounds reasonable. The way they look there would be a NO SALE to me.

I hope they get it right.

Don't know about you, but I don't think they are looking that bad.

The mordebi are the most consistent humans, but Thestrans and Qualians are totally screwed.
Some races have something very lifeless in them, and their faces always seem to end squarefaced
and square-chested. Its not that I feel they are totally borked, but some very fundamental details are
gone bad in some races IMO.

Yes, my point was against throwing a picture of the ugliest model and try to spout it off that all are like that.

But it is a work in progress and one can hope that the females will be bueitufl. Another thing that makes me wonder is that people look at what defines a human, the propotions, and adepts that to gnomes, dwarfs, halfling etc aswell.

The first one looks good...second one not so much.

Where is the source for these images. Are they yours or can you point me to a location where I can see more.

And the one you link is the horrible one...OUCH.
