Cant decide between Zealot, runepriest. Im looking for more of a healer type, but I also want defensive capabilities, you know some type of shielding of some sort or possibly knockbacks/stuns. Looking for any advice from a decently high experienced player

The pen is mightier than the sword if the sword is very short, and the pen is very sharp. |
Perhaps if you (OP) decided which side (Order or Chaos) you preferred versus which class..the decision would be someone easier? |

Acually tbh ..it really doesnt matter for me which side ill be on...after all the most important thing is the class that ill be playing with not the style...thats my opinion of course :) |

Shaman or Warrior Priest because they can heal small groups while being very effective in combat. |

O emm well i was brought to the conclusion that shammy and WP werent considered "main healers" more like a off healer type...specifically WP which seems to depend highly on melee in order to have effective heals |

Both of those classes you mentioned are very balanced against each other.
I will say that you're safe to make your choice based on which one you think looks cooler to you.
I'd take a dwarf anytime though over a human.
