After all his other posts an after reading that.. im compleatly convinced Protus-AoC smokes crack. Probably provided by FunCom.. Edit: Ohh... and.. 60% of wow would be like 6 mill. aoc didnt even sell 1 mill and most of those people left so they got like what? 200 or 300k sub base? NEVER smoke crack and do math at the same time!

both War and WoW have global cooldowns. Both games have exceptions to their global cooldown. All major internetsites and wiki's including WOWs own do mention WOW's cooldown to be 1.5 second. This proves you wrong, case closed.

it was me that pointed out that GCD of Wow was not standard 1.5 like Mythic stated.

And other have clearly showed you are 100% wrong. The blizzard FAQ says its 1.5 with a couple exceptions.  Why must you insist on being right when you are CLEARLY wrong.

Various classes and the new spell haste ability ARE in Wow and vary this old GCD standard.

Two classes and one class it its in a specific form. Useing spell haste as an argument is flipping retarted. The 1.5 second cooldown IS THERE. Reduced by an ingame mechanic does not mean the base of 1.5 seconds is not there. Its there regardless of how you want to spin it.

I suppose WAR likes to be compared with old Wow, well they are up to WotLK.

Again, Blizzard clearly states in there FAQ that except for rogue (they dont even mention cat form for druid) the global cooldown is 1.5 seconds.  You are a complete fool to keep trying to use an ingame mechanic to argue this point. Not everyone in WoW even has thoes ingame mechanics. So try to twist it all you like, your still wrong.

And the variable GCD is here to stay and IS in the game since months now.

I find it amusing that you actually believe your insight means anything.  The developer you've defended hundreds of times has done so much damage to the MMO community that the phrase, "I've been Funcomed, or I am not about to be Funcomed again" is used regularly even in the official forums. 

You've already been proven incorrect with your assessment of AoC so many times that your credibility has already been damaged beyond repair.

The GCD in WoW for everything except rogue and cat druid(rogue form) melee abilities is 1.5 seconds. It isn't a lie, there is just an expception to the rule.

Yep as a former feral druid I happen to know this is correct.

I mean seriously you don't believe this crap do you Protus? You have defended to the death one of the worst companies in MMO history and you are going to try to call out one of the best? Yeah right.

They didn't lose 60% of their sub base.  That would be 6 million players.  AoC only sold 700k copies.  Think before you post.  What they said was that of the people who left only 60% returned.

I won't even consider AoC a legitimite MMO unless they add an expansion worth of content to for level 50-80 for free.  That game is an embarassment and no company should ever be allowed to get away with what they did, how they covered it up and lied, and make any kind of profit.

The real sad part about the AoC mess is that sure I quit the game, but I'm out 80 bucks and I have no recourse to get my money back because everyone has their "opened software" return policy these days.  I mean imagine if Microsoft tried to sell an Office product that didn't include half of whats on the box.  You would see a class action law suit brought down fairly quickly.   Since it's a game people just tell you to stop playing it.  To me you are still buying a product, and whether or not it's fun for you, it should have the features listed on the box period.

Beyond that it's good that Mythic is acknowledging the big problems, and should be working on fixes.

Pretty sure Protus_AoC is a a guy who stole that  name from a AoC Poster and impersonates him to make fun of everyone on both sides. 

Since the dude on the AoC boards is/was such an extreme and silly fanboy people are willing to believe he would say even the stupidest stuff so its the perfect cover.
