Often on these forums when certain things happen in game theres often talk of class action lawsuits. that site lists current class action suits ---- so you can find them, join them, perhaps even start your own.

How many times are class action lawsuits about justice? I was in a class action suit once against Paypal. It was settled for millions. You know how much I got out of it? 17 dollars. Good thing I was in that lawsuit though or else I wouldn't be as rich as I am today. |

The optional use of court precedent in civil matters in the US is a complete disaster. Don't get me wrong it is great for lawyers and insurance companies but it is absolutely viral to corporations and the average person. That being said, everyone should have the opportunity to use the legal system to remedy wrongs and to be restored to the position they were in before the tort. Lit |
