If anybody can help me with this question... it'll help both me AND you.  Does anybody know if the 30-day code that comes packaged in the game can ONLY be used to start a NEW account?  Or can the 30-days be tacked on to an existing account?

Here's why I ask, found Tabula Rasa selling online, the boxed game, for $4.99 from Amazon.com!  Now what I'm thinking is, if a person buys 3 copies of the game, that's $15 and 3 months of playtime, as opposed to paying $15 for just one month of game time, and then whatever the shelf-price is in stores for the original Tabula Rasa boxed game!

So does anybody know, again, if you can use the 30-day time code that comes with the original boxed game to add the 30-days onto an already running/existing account?

Just a guess on my part but I would say...No.

the free 30 day free play that comes with most MMo's are based on new accounts....it would be swsome if they worked the way you suggest...but again I doubt it.

*nods* Thanks for your insight.  Think to test it, may go ahead and buy 3 copies... at the very least can give a copy to my roommate and they can play along with me on their computer.  Guess the third copy if it doesn't work can be a paper-weight lol... or perhaps traded for game-credit.  Hrm, wonder what the trade-in value is for it... anybody know if the trade-in value at Gamestop is more than $5?  ROFL, j/k... I think!

MMOs require more reasoning and imagination than most stereotypically ''adult'' activities.

Create a new account, activiate it, play for your free month, cancel.

Repeat the above 3 times to get 3 free months.  Of course, you are starting from scratch each month.

Not like it would matter since TR has no endgame to speak of and most players start over with alts ever month or so anyway.

No no and no, andl like the above poster, 1 code per disc per account . even if TR is cheap atm monthly pay still exsist ;-)

But they just launched a new invited program.
