I write to support and I am disrespected with insults below in these links. http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h...hNeedle/no7.jpg Now I continue to write and Huggins says he does not go off of MSN logs or 3rd party programs to ban someone, yet he posts an MSN log in the ticket. Now how does a GM have a players MSN log? Easily adding players to his MSN for some mega favoritism.

Yup, I used to be on the Euro servers before I returned to the US. Codemasters are F**king awful. The US tech support is way better. D |

Just so anyone reading it is perfectly clear, Codemasters has no role in LOTRO. None. They did not develop any part of the code, they did nothing at all for this game, and this is blatently posted in the wrong forum. |

Couldn't agree more with the topic title, this coming from the RF Online side of things. Their GM support is bad (I never saw instances of screenshots like that though, that's horrible), RFO hasn't had an event in a year pretty much (not counting the 1 "event" where they showed off some pretty weapons we won't get for a long time), hasn't given us any sort of news of a patch in 3 months, and continues to close topics that badmouth them. The general section of RF has half the front page littered with topics relating to CM and their incompetence, it's pretty pathetic.
Such a shame too, I used to respect them as a company to the highest degree until they started with this BS for the last year.
I think it's important that people read these topics in the general section, if we can get at least 1 person to not play a CM MMO game (feel free to play their offline games though, totally different division), then this topic was a success. |

This is completely unrelated to their online games, but I've always disliked Codemasters because they charge money for cheats for their console games (and I guess PC games). Rather than including them for free, like other companies. Basically they tie the game into your console, and it gives you a code. You give them the code + some money, and they give you the cheat codes. |
