Any info on the goblin shaman? I love their look, and their run style from the youtube vids. Anyone got some better information pertaining to the basics of the class and playability? Waaaagh! |

I know those short SoB's owned me when i was on my Bright wizard. It really makes you feel bad too cause they are short enough for you to simply step on. For shame...for...shame. |

they are actually pretty durable too, so you can take hits while healing, and when you build up 5 mork (or is it gork) magic, throw off an instant cast damage skill.. or one that was already instant cast, but is now 25% stronger.
It was the class I wanted to play, but I enjoy being an underdog too much, so I'm taking its mirror the archmage as my main. |

Shamans are a riot to play. Later on they can be speced out for magic damage and won't be that bad at nuking. With the right specs they might be a really strong class to play. A hybrid might do pretty good in battle. Eagerly waiting for Warhammer Online. Hates SOE, and Blizzard Finally over the fact Blackguards were removed from WAR |

As has already been mentioned, they are a ranged class. Viable as both offensive and defensive magics. In the right hands, or in the right combination of group mates tehy are one of the better classes in the game. THAT said, EVERY class in the game has durability and the ability to stand in both RVR and PVE. Some classes will out right own you if you are a shaman, and you will destroy certain other classes in a 1v1 fight. The classes are not intendd to be balanced against every other solo class in the game, as it is intended to be RVR, not PVP. I am sure over the next couple of days you will hear complaints of classes being over powered or under powered, this class is the best, or worste, and I encourage you to both ignore, and bitchslap those who make such comments :) If you like a good range class, this is a solid one, but do keep in mind there is always a class better than you and go into the game with an open mind, and a back up plan for an alternate class or two to play. |
