Would the current game that is being tested successfully launch with very few bugs atm? Or would you say there are still quite a bugs and stability issues?

oddly enough, this is by far one of the few MMO's so far that im fairly sure will release with minimal bugs making release fairly smooth, i will for sure give Mythic that!

I didn't really encounter many bugs, but I also didn't care for the core gameplay mechanics.  The entire game feels "clunky" to me when I'm in combat.  It doesn't feel smooth the way most other games do.

It is pretty polished but some very annoying bugs.  I saw a new bug today where I could not heal my defensive target once I moved to a new offensive target.  I woulkd have to switch to a new defensive target then back to that defensive target.  Otherwise it would use points to heal and just not heal.  Lots of small little bugs like that.  But overall its very polished.  Hopefully the new patches will not add to many new bugs.

In terms of stability and speed, WAR is release worthy and has actually been so for a long while. In those areas, WAR was actually in a better state 8 months ago than AoC is now.

Back when funcom was just talking about their massive big sieges (which later turned out to be misinformation before the instancing was known), beta testers in WAR were participating in 100+ person sieges. Those with decent rigs were doing so smoothly. The code architecture here is what I would expect from a mmo.

Bugwise, there are still some annoying small bugs. Mostly inconviences. Pathing for the white lion can probably be improved. Large bugs, I have not seen. I can only think of one small pvp quest that once worked that couldn't be completed after a patch a few months ago - I'm pretty sure its been fixed since then.

Waiting for: A skill-based MMO with Freedom and Consequence.
Woe to thee, the pierce-ed.
