Disapointed about shadow warrior armor, doesnt look as cool as the concepts, nothing really exciting.. might change my class. Should be more dark, they are meant to be the most close to evil of order, thats my opinion, more rogueish (rogue in the sense of mysterious, not wow -.o)

I have hoped for a opgrad from the normal armor....

Thats the thing the gear looks like Eh when you first get it some of the piecesas you go up in Tier look better and better BUT ...the best way to make them look the way you want IE Dark..is to Dye them.  The Dye system changes the look of gear alot.  Some people though I expect will be in bright wild colors.  I like a mixture of snot green and golden yellow for my Goblin and the fact its 2 tone colors that mix together and have different pattersn on the gear makes them look pretty crazy.

How easy is it to get dyes? I'd love to have my shadow warrior in black and red, although, I think with the hood, the level 31 armor looks much, much better

I find all the armors disappointing to be honest.

The WAR NDA was not lifted, it was modified. Any content that is on the test servers AKA Elder Servers is still under NDA. Pretty much any content that falls under lvl 31-40 Content. The lvl 31-40 Content is not available to the CE Masses so is still under the BTA (Modified NDA).
