I bought the pre-order from Target last night myself.  I am having the exact same problem.  I was able to set up my master account but the beta code keeps being called Invalid.

Mine also had an O in it and Q solved the problem.  :)

I know there have been responses, but I wanted to add my voice to the chorus because it is annoying. :(

We have discovered that due to mis-printing the letter "Q" is displaying as an "O". Pre-Order keys will never contains "O" or "0". Be sure that in any scenario where there appears to be an O that you enter "Q" instead.

thank you to the boneheads that thought I was the moron having a problem.

 

Bought mine from Target as well and had the same problem.  This was the fix I needed since I had what I thought was two O in my code.  Luckily my girlfriend said VIN numbers have no 0 or O's only Q's so we tried that and it worked.  Now I don't have to beat her.
