ii bought this game two weeks ago, now when i go into the game(single player or multi player) before the first startup screen the "Hellgate London has encountered an error and must close" thing comes up with the options to "send error report or dont send error report"(that one). how can i fix this or did they screw me out of 20 bucks |

I don't know if this could effect if the game works, but I heard the company that made it shut down.

they shut it down, but i thought the single player still worked.

Single player does still work, as i was just playing it a couple days ago before I uninstalled it. To the OP: check to see if you match the system requirements. That error you received is usually brought up if a computer fails to even meet minimum system requirements.

i meet recommended requirements, and was playing sp enough for me to beat the game once. then one day the link to start it didnt work, so i jury rigged one, and that worked. then one day i started it up and it gave me the error, ive reinstalled it 2 times now |

yeah i tried it with the patch and without the patch, manual download and auto download from launcher, neither worked |
