What i want to know is the OB client usable In the CB , I got an CB invite but  My ISP wont let torrents DL

Also  people crying about using FP , I have 100meg already downloaded took me 5 mins,  100 megs on utorrent took me almost 1/2 a day at my friends house. ( yes I know how to port forward blah blah )

<p>I had the same exact problem, I had waited a week.  I bought the pre-order only to not get my codes in the e-mail as promised.  My pre-order is being shipped to a local Gamestop for purchase.  So I called the store up and asked them.  They told me to come in and they gave me a card with my codes.  Maybe this will work for you too... worth a shot.</p>

It's called traffic my friend. Just keep you're pants on and wait, OB isn't until the 7th of Sept.

I'm getting the same error. Are you using Firefox? I wonder if Fileplanet is one of those sites that are married to Internet Explorer and block everyone else out.

Don't worry, my pants are still on! I was more concerned that there was something wrong with my browser as I had some issues the other day. However, as I was downloading IE to try it out, the download link finally worked.

Go to Amazon.com, preorder the game, go to amazon.com's media library, click on downloads, and your code will be there immediately.  You won't be charged anything.  Add the code to your eamythic account manager, and put it into fileplanet and enjoy.

If you don't like the beta cancel anytime before 9/15 and you will never be charged anything.

Go up to the manager and say, " Hey, i want a pre-order box, or ill stab you in the neck" and politely hand him the order info and im sure he'll hand ya a pre-order box with the codes.

Anybody else getting this message when they click the Preload button in Fileplanet. I am a paying subscriber, not a free account if that makes a difference.

Mine keeps getting please close your browser and restart it too. I did get it to open in my file manager eventually, but it just says next check for availabilty in 50 minutes. The estimated time of download start is set for tomorrow so the servers must be really full. I found that if I keep pressing check now, for availability, it gives a network error. Im just going to wait and see.

I'm getting the error thing when i click the link, but I also get an error when I actually get the file to come up on the download manager. It says there is an error with the file info. I'm not really sure if this is still due to traffic or some sort of faulty stuff on my side.

I can almost guarantee it's just a traffic issue. Try later this evening. You have until Sept. 7th to get the files downloaded.

Mine worked eventually, downloading it now. I am in the CB was just unable to ever get the torrent working at  decent speed cos I live in the UK, now I have it downloading at 2 Meg a second :D

I guess if your from the UK you have North American codes & a North American Closed Beta account ... if you don't you won't be able to use this client for the beta.  Just guessing here if your on the Euro closed beta system for your CB you're fubard with this client for CB.
 

Nah mate I know what I'm doing. I have a BestBuy preorder which is for the US version, not the EU. Not playing with GOA at all.

This is not true. I ordered the CE from gamestop (last november). When I inquired about my beta key, they told me EA didn't send them enough and they had no more and would have no more prior to release. I figured the employees were just being idiots, so I called Gamestop's custom support line and was told the same thing.
