I decide to go ahead and pre-order the game.  I jump in my car head to BestBuy and start my search for the SE pre-order box.  But what is this?!?!  Doth mine eyes deceive me!!!  Is that "one" CE Pre-order box sitting there lonely and forgotten?  Surely I'm seeing things, and it's simply a mirage.  I reach for it and...OMG... it's a tangible object!  The icing on the cake is that some 15 seconds later I hear some random guy shout "f*ck," and I turn to inspect only to see the guy looking at me.  He then tries to barter with me to trade an SE for a CE.

Not that grand of a tale I know, but I thought that literally all the CE's were gone especially this late in the season.  To get the last one at a BestBuy in the greater Atlanta area just seems so serendipitous.  See you all in WAR!!!

the Best Buy near my house has a lot of them still . any one that is looking for the CE ,  head to your local Best buy . there is a good chance they will have a few left.

called black friday, only day you can shop agressivly and no one complaines.

Terribly sorry, didn't even think to tell ya that (must have been my excitment).  He offered to buy me the standard edition and comp me 20 bucks cash right there.  (So basically buy what equaled to two CEs) Negating the fact that it was a pre-order and I had no assurances that he would/could actually buy me the SE in full (today), I just wasn't interested.  If I needed the extra cash I would have gone for it but why slap lady luck in the face like that.  She might not be so kind next go round.

lol  my best buy has been out of all copies of WAR CE (sold out in three weeks) and SEs are going rare too  found one hidden behing a bunch of AOC boxes.....lol waited for the guy to come by and pick it up  lol he was funny....

lol I was at bestbuy a few weeks because I wanted to buy a plaync game card (Eh why not?) and I saw some 21 yr or so employee just acting like he was helping around with his big ladder, he puts it in the corner and when I look at the ladder there's like a copy of CE and SE both on there, I'm a jack***, so I climbed on the ladder and hid it. I come back the next day and it's missing from my spot :( Also there's like a copy or two in a Target near Hopkins in MN if anyone wants it...I think? (It's been like 3weeks since I was there last)

I hate you! I've called every EB games, Futureshop and best buy in my area and not one SE or CE to be found.

heh, that's pretty kewl that you managed to get a CE copy this late. I live i the Atlanta area as well.

Yeah man it was the BestBuy on freaking Cobb Parkway.  That's one of their busiest locations which is why I was so dumbfounded when I saw it.  I mean the thought of buying a CE didn't even enter my mind because I was so sure only SE's were left.

I've put in the codes in Account manager and sure enough it's a valid CE pre-order.

lol, at my local Best Buy there are tons of copies of both.. Missouri.

depending on your faith..

either sigmar smiled at you or the finical gods of chaos tried to covert you to their path.. by offering a larger deal by the SE copy.

my self i havent bought either copies yet as i really dont have time anymore for mmos working too damn much.. perhaps if work stops trying to kill me i might beable to get a SE copy and play WAR.. like i soooo badly want to...
