Like most, I became a hater of AoC about 1 month - 6 weeks into the game. I was a fanboi before that and was blind to the truth that failcom put out.
But, now my anger has calmed down. So, in light of this, I am not going to waste anymore posts on AoC. I ranted, I moaned, I vented, I screamed.... but now its time to move on. See you guys around some of the other game forums. I may post here from time to time, (looking forward to the 15th and hearing failcom SPIN their Q2 2008 numbers... should be interesting.

Ive pretty much done the same. After a month or so of this garbage they call AoC. I had to resub to swg (no flames please :) )and to wow just to get my mmo fix in. Now with the release of War right around the corner, I come to this forum less and less. When I do come to mmorpg.com Im usually reading up on Warhammer online. I still have some friends who play AoC and they tell me that the servers get more and more baren every week. Can't imagine what they are gonna be like when Warhammer and then the WoW expansion hits.

i started playing Crysis now that I got a rig good enough for it was made to be able to play AoC but we see how thats gone hehe ty aoc! |

It's so hard to understand where they went so wrong with the game. I still play anarchy online which is from funcom and the game is so much better than aoc. Basically the first few minutes i played aoc i was turned off and i felt sort of stupid for forking out 50 dollars. I was actually trying to force myself to play it just because i knew i paid for it... That can only take you so far though. It's also hard to express your opinions on aoc because posts do get deleted if there is anything negative thrown out. Anyways though... I expect a lot more from warhammer and i have pre-ordered it. I know many others are expecting a good title to finally hit the shelves also. |

welcome to 75% of the original AoC population....we have all done the same. Never has a game promised so much and delivered so little. They could work on this game for years but imo it would just be an average mmo with nothing to do. I have never posted on these forums before AOC.....but I just feel ripped off by what was promised. |
