Aion

Well, I hope to God it's not. By watching a few movies, like character creations and everything, reminded me of Perfect World. Even ability to fly. Seeing as Perfect World was so boring and really slow level-up and quite complicated to understand anything, I hope Aion isn't the same. It really does look like a great game and I hope it stays that way.

I admit that I haven't played much Perfect World, but from what I've seen, Aion is playing in a different league. The Character Creation IS a lot more in-depth than that of Perfect World (I've had the privilege to get some hands-on experience with both), and I don't believe the latter focuses as much on end-game PvP guild-battles, as Aion do with "The Abyss". The whole PvPvE aspect, not to mention the Stigma system, surely aren't found in PW either. 

We will have to wait for the final judgement on release day. I give you that, PW could probably best be described as an "Aion light", so no wonder that you've seen some similarities.

The answer is a lack of information, or rather, that the information hasn't reached out to everyone yet. If you want to make a difference, you should try to prove them wrong, instead of just stating the obvious.

Ppl can compare the two because recent releases of P2P aren't much better than F2P games. I would say that Perfect world is the WoW of F2P games...it just looks better than WoW..=P

Perfect World is a great game, it's a good game to play while waiting for Aion and beside Aion it's worth to try. xD

I think the graphics of Aion is better than Perfect World but i could be wrong.

As I remember Aion was announced at E3 2006. Back then there was no Perfect World. And when i tested the game it was sooo copied by L2, Aion and some other titles too.

         I also dont get why people comper Aion with a f2p game in the first place or claim that the game will be like...and post some stupid ideeas without making any research about the game itself.And if not Aion have most info out ther to feed yourself with info from closed beta, than wot game hade in this stage soo many video about GAME PLAY? And wot proof is more obvios than GAME PLAY videos.Is not the only thing that reveal the truth about wot we will get?

         I dont know if Aion will be a hit,did not play it,but from wot i see it promis a lot.And it is my first option when will come out.

         My advice is to just google it-info-videos and after watching and reading about it come here and claim this and athat about the game knowing  wot u say.

It's because most people are sick of crappy asian grinders, which is what Aion will be.
