Amazon.com has it listed for release on October 30 2008. That's not official of course. It's also pretty optimistic, so take it as you will. |

At my bad attempt at humour I mistyped the predicted release date. NCSoft Europe has been stating that Q1 2009 will be the expected time period that Aion will be released. |

It's not a matter of not trusting Amazon, just that the date may change since there has been no North American release date given by NCsoft. I certainly hope Amazon is right. i just see that 1st Quarter of 2009 date a lot, even in this thread, is all. They're supposed to release some info on August 18th I believe, hopefully that includes a firm release date. |

We are targeting Aion's launch for 2009. I cannot give any specifis beyond that. Once a date has been set, announcements will be made on the official US and EU Aion websites. The date mentioned on Amazon is incorrect.
