I wonder if they gave Bill Shatner the cold shoulder like the movie producers did.  Speaking of which what are the odds that cryptic bumrushes this game out to coencide with the movie release like SWG did with the CU and NGE?  To be honest I haven't had a chance to read all the details around this game since cryptic got their mits on it.

i hope they don't try and rush it out for movie release time....that seems like a short developement window....maybe the NEXT movie after this one?  (sure they'll make one eventually)

ppl like Nimoy do make waves, but I bet your take on how short and sweet the appearance will be isn't far from reality.... lol     I highly doubt there will be any royalties paid to any of the old cast or crew so they are just....iconic references maybe?  (starwarsy? lol)   of course, i am not in vegas this weekend....

I'm not a huge Star Trek fan but I do like Star Trek; my housemate was a huge fan for years.  I've gotta say, this game is suddenly on my 'watch list'.  I wish it all the best - let's hope it delivers!

Good points but this is what I meant about Bill Shatner.  I thought most people anticipating the movie was aware of it.
