Anyone, i've heard rumors of this which makes the game sounds pretty slow but no absolutes. |

I wouldn't worry about global cooldowns. They are implemented in many games to set a pace for ingame actions. |

I wouldn't worry about this type of stuff until the NDA is down, if something is not working well then I am sure they would change it. |

Wows is basically 1s because its easily exploitable(which is why in reality its 1.5 i'd assume) with server latency, not sure if it'll be the same case for warhammer thats the problem. A flatout 2 seconds seems long. |
