Account was created on 5/23/08, account cancelled on 6/22/08. Billed for 30 days even though the account is frozen. Everybody keep an eye on what they do to you for billing. Credit card company has it in dispute and is issuing me a credit. Obviously, all Funcom is trying to do is bilk 14.99 out of customers who owe them nothing. |

Well you shouldnt wait until the night before to cancel your sub. Besides depending on what time you canceled on the day before has a impact on the billing. Surely its all automated |

Yeah Fc also tries to steal money from the people that do th trial, unlike all decent mmo companies if you dont cancel your account after the trial you get billed. Fc must really enjoy stealing money. |

The company who made the disputed charge then have to justify why they did it if they want the money back. I did this recently over a false 'Travel Company Charge' I noticed on my credit card bill & it took no time at all. |

This type of response makes me laugh. Screenshot or it didn't happen. Quit trying to make stuff up. See, works both ways. |

Of course its an deliberate conspiracy. Funcom is a bunch of scammers. If you know your game is in alpha beta and youre selling it as a finished game then your a thief. Theyre not any better then the common thief stealing your silverware while your asleep. There behaviour towards there customers is just outrageuos. |

I doubt it a deliberate conspiracy, LOL! It's just another indication of a very shoddily run company. Companies like this are a dime a dozen these days. |
