Yes I was bored enough to download  the trial version which isnt the 10 dollar full version of spores creature creator and did some stuff. Its pretty awsome once you lrn the controls and get really indepth with your creations.

heres one of my creatures on youtube total self accident as a made a self humping creature this was totally random and wasnt the intentions of this poor animal....

Anyhow, I think it's a rather strange game. I mean do you not get bored of it fast?

Well, the end game has you traveling the galaxy and forcing other species to worship you...so uhh...yeah, I've seen videos of little aliens bowing their heads in submission to the player controlling the game, and I don't know if I'll ever get sick of being worshipped.

The game is a massive sandbox with evolution as the primary theme.

Also, although it isn't an MMO, the game to populate the game universe with other peoples "civilizations". So when you eventually travel to other planets you'll find things that spawned from other players time with the game.

I got into this game when my old friend from SWG told me about it.
The minute he told me on Steam chat, I almost fainted with uberness!

I first checked out http://www.spore.com before he was able to tell me anything but the game name, and I thought at first that he must be joking...I know him for a great taste in games, but this game looked like Neopets in 3D.
He told me a LOT more about it, and once again, I practically melted in my seat from too much uberness.

Spore is a beautiful game. It's by Will Wright and Maxis, which really boosted my intrest. From my understanding there is a free-play customization mode, and then you have the actual game, which unlocks as you go along generations of your creature.
The 35-Minute video explains everything, and it's actually entertaining to watch! (at about 1:20 the video looks like it cuts from buffering...it's just part of the video and it will start up in less than 10 seconds :) )
