A lot of SWG vets are drooling over the idea of a KOTOR MMO. I would just like to remind them that just because it would share an IP doesn't mean it would have the gameplay you are looking for. It wasn't the Star Wars part of SWG that made is so much fun to play.

It's BioWare everyone knows already. 

The Bioware devs have already stated their game won't have simulated economy or content(sandbox) like SWG. My guess is it'll just be another WoWified MMO with lightsabers and a "Story" to it.

99% of the SWG vets drooling over biowares mmo already came to the same conclusion you did 3 years ago. There's only 2-3 people that havent realized Boiware's mmo will be different yet. There isnt "alot" of any group that think the new SW mmo will be a sandbox like SWG. Not sure why this message is being repeated over and over.

99% of the SWG vets drooling over biowares mmo already came to the same conclusion you did 3 years ago. There's only 2-3 people that havent realized Boiware's mmo will be different yet. There isnt "alot" of any group that think the new SW mmo will be a sandbox like SWG. Not sure why this message is being repeated over and over.

There are polls all over the site hinting that Bioware should make SWG2 and not KOTOR.  IMO there are sitll a lot of SWG fans that associate Sandbox with Star Wars because of that game even though Star Wars has always been about linear stories.  It was a nice idea, but people wont let it go even though Bioware will likely make a fun game for all to play just like their KOTOR single player RPGs.  I doubt the game will be as complex as SWG, but it likely will be fun to play. 

The only thing I would love to see in a KOTOR MMO is a player housing system. Other than that I know I can expect a fully functional star wars mmo with a proper story line, a proper quest system, and some damn nice Bioware quality.  But I can never expect Bioware to copy anything from SWG. It just is not proper.

Polls all over the site? or just 1 or 2? Like I said most people have already came to the same conclusion you have. What you posted is the only thing thats being repeated all over the site...far more than any post calling for bioware to make a sandbox.

I seriously hope that BioWare keep with tradition and implement an Alignment System. Choices should matter, choices should shape your character. I'd love to see that in an MMO.
