I've been watching home from mmorpg.com ye seen in the HYPER-Meter
warhammer - 7,34 Aion - 7.29 stargate world - 7.28 earthrise - 7.26 there is no video jumpgate evolution - 7.23 shadow of legend - 7.22 The Chronicles of Spellborn - 7.09

The Darkfall community have largely abandoned mmorpg.com for the trolls. Because of that it's really only the trolls who give Darkfall 'hype' votes (ie - 1/10).
Before the trolls took over Darkfall was at the top of the list. |

The trolls are actually the biggest fanboys DF has. The want DF so bad their emo hearts have turned black and trolling DF is the only way they can express their crushed inner emo.
These are the same guys who will log onto DF as soon as it releases, get chain-pwned, then come back to the forums to cry about how DF sucks cause they got pwned.
Don't worry, anyone over the age of 30 with some common sense can see pretty clearly they've got a hell of a game on their hands.

The amount of alt. troll accounts here must stand for 80% of the activity at Darkfall. Tho it's better for psychos to sit at internet with their wierd minds than lurk around at playgrounds outside. Anyhow, my real thought are that because (I guess) most of those who hype the game just see at the pictures and thinks "-naah, maybe decent" And we fanboys "-Finaly a game with gameplay!" And the trolls *fucking Adventurine and Dark Fall, I hate them, I HATE THEM* And why? they never tell us, so we can just keep guessing that they are afraid that this game would be better then 'theirs'. Or that they are just trolls by the definition of some mental disorder. |

The way you seem to portray it, it is a bunch of seriously delusional people who think a small staffed MMO project can succeed with a MMO with a massive feature list. Just curious, how can you have a game that is highly hyped when no one has seen it played? Questioning the ridiculous statements on what some of these so called Darkfall advocates have posted is most certainly not trolling. It is more likely questioning their sanity. There are a lot of us that would like to see a Darkfall succeed, but Tasos himself has cried wolf so many times in the past that most of us just don't believe a word he says anymore. We can only hope that his staff ignores him to and actually produces something. |

fact: AVE released an announcement to the Greek stock exchange stating they are partnering with Aventurine to distribute online games. fact: Tasos said they are partnering with AVE to distribute Darkfall. fact: Tasos provides a truthful, honest update every 2-3 weeks. MMOs take a long time to develop, get over it. fact: Darkfall is being released in 2008 fact: Darkfall has amazing videos and screenshots demonstrating 90% of claimed glameplay. fact: there are no indictments nor convictions nor newspaper headlines concerning Aventurine or Razorwax

Most of you mistake Hype for Rating. Hype doesn't determine how good a game is, it determines how much people are excited about that game, and tbh most people here are bored of the same old DF story and are not hyped about this game. Its not Hater vs. Fanboi war, its just how the things are.
