THIS GAME NEEDS TO COME OUT NOW!

  • 6 Unique Races
  • 20 Classes
  • Massive Raids
  • Insane PvP
  • An amazing game

Hah, I didn't bother listing the rest cause I knew I'd forget a million things. But this game looks positively amazing. I absolutely can't wait till it comes out!

I hope the game stays in production longer. I don't want another released two years early piece of crap.

Really?  It's 10x better than most MMOs are launch right now, and it still has 2+ months of polish and bug squashing left.

By the way, they're not doing massive raids.  6 - 12 man raids except for a select few raid type encounters like the King.

Vardar:  Everything that will be in the game at launch is in the beta now, except for a few small things like minimap revamp and AH is still being finished.  MJ already said there are no plans to cut anymore content, also.  I doubt we'll be seeing anymore content cuts, the game is pretty much complete (for launch).  They're in the polishing and bug squashing mode now.

Doubtful, you think a small beta group can find bugs that a large community has been digging out for a couple years?

And about no more plans to cut content. If it wasn't planned for it couldn't have been cut. If they meant to cut something they wouldn't have it.

I said (or meant, maybe my wording was off) at launch.  Better than most other MMOs are at launch, sorry for the bad wording.

Well, you see, the classes and cities were planned, or being talked about for months.  They didn't just wake up one morning and say "Hey, lets just cut these classes and cities" they discussed it for months.  MJ said after the content cut announcement that there was no plans of any kind to remove anymore content.  You missed the other part of my post though, everything planned for launch is in the beta right now, working and functional.  You really think if they were going to cut more content they wouldn't have announced it when they announced the classes and cities, just to get it out of the way?

Cutting content takes planning, they don't just decide on it all of a sudden.  If they were discussing to remove anymore content, then he wouldn't have said there was no plans, because Mythic has been upfront with us about previous bad news.

With these new beta invites and the eventual OB...you will have a lot more people making it easier to find little bugs.

And your theory on cutting content is wrong.

Working and functional != bugless

Admitting to not having features before release doesn't mean they're keeping us up to date. They probably won't cut content but just because they say something doesn't make it true. Especially before release.

Did you not read anything about the 2+ months of bug squashing and polishing?

I'm guessing most of the bigger bugs have been caught and removed by now. This time is just polishing and catching some of the smaller ones. No game comes out the door without atleast a few bugs and it would be unfair of us to expect WAR to come out bugless.
