I am not a journalist mate. I am not a politician. I do not have credibility and I don't need it. And really, if you think I believe that AoC is the new king of MMOs, you are propably as stupid as the rest thousand idiots that keep bumping this thread for more than two weeks now.
I still do not think that AoC is the failure people here say it is... |

Its no king of mmorpgs.. it's got pretty decent combat, but it needs a massive overhaul of its crafting and social aspects to be up there in the mmo world.. as it stands everything except the combat is bland and subpar. |

Age of Conan is just another abortion of an MMO, and today's patch proved without a doubt that Funcom doesn't even know their own code well enough to prevent game breaking bugs from entering the live servers. Honestly I look forward to patch day because it's so freaking hilarious on the official forums to watch people slowly start to realize that their game has just been borked. With every patch, Funcom has introduced new and sometimes crippling bugs, requiring extra down time or "hot fixes" which you just know are well thought out on their part. Funcom falsely advertised Age of Conan and continues to list features on their official website that are not and have never been live. They have consistently make AoC worse, not better, with each patch. What else does Funcom have to do to convince people that they simply don't know what they're doing? Vanguard had better programmers and more potential than this POS. And for the record, active subs are dropping rapidly. You don't have to be a genius to see server populations falling or how every server says "Medium Load" at all hours of the day. |
