If they abandoned the company for Aventurine:

Why was it called a merger between the two companies?

Why were Tasos and Jade added to the board of directors?

Why are there activities during the 2003-2006 period, including changes of management and illegal loans to shareholders?

Why are there statements in the financial information tab for  losses (including operating loss, how do you incur in operating losses if you're not operating), assets and liabilities every year from 2003 to 2006, with their values changing yearly?

Also, they obviously now have 0 employees since the company has been inactive since it went bankrupt, but how do you know that was the case before the filing?

They have no contact at warcry anymore,  so not sure why they would do them here.  My only guess is that the sites might not be doing one with him till they actually see a game.  Going around screaming beta beta beta can kind of ruin your reputation.  Or they might be looking for a more apt time push the PR machine.

They also said their were more interviews,  but visits but I have not seen anything yet.  I can see the interviews being delayed depending on when editors wish to run them,  but visits normally get posted fast.

Ah, my bad, I guess it was just another myth propagated by its supporters, its community staff, and even media outlets that have been used to defend the game in the past with the sole purpose of justifying the reset of development time from 2003 and on. Shows how much they know about the company they defend/cover/volunteer for. I guess I was a fool to believe any of them on the information they provide as fact. Someone should tell them the truth, because it seems Aventurine won't, so they can stop spreading misinformation and don't end up looking like fools, like I did.

That doesn't answer the other questions you didn't address though.

Plus read the disclaimer at the bottom.  Community staff are no more then polite forumfallers with some ban power who answer questions and regulate the community.  They are not spokesmen.  Plus he said merged the staff,  not the companies.

Better way to check your information is the darkfallinfo.com site which contains all interviews and other information about darkfall.  You could always search the word merg and see what comes up.

I never claimed he was a spokesman, only that he, the Darkfall Online community, and media outlets that have covered the game believe something that according to Friction2u isn't true, and say it publically, so obviously they're misinformed and by giving other people this version of the events then they're obviously spreading misinformation. Or are you saying that what they say is true and Razorwax and Aventurine did merge or are the same company?

I don't claim as fact that they merged or said so. If they didn't, then the vast majority of the game's community and at least one media outlet that has considerable info on the game are plain wrong, and I already said in the original post that I reckon it was a mistake to take them at face value.

The abandon company is supported by the fact they stopped submitting rolls and hiring auditors so it got shut down.

Both companies are (well were) owned by same damn guy.  Aventurine Basically has all the staff from Razorwax who also seem to have shares of aventurine.

I can not say for certain if both companies were merged in a certain way.  but it is painfully obvious that Aventurine right now owns all of Darkfalls models,  intellectual property rights,  and probably other crap.  Not to mention has the exact same owners.  not sure how much more merged you can get.

If this is your biggest gripe with misinformation its a rather weak and mute point.
