to get rid of botters players must pay.. somethings fishy. theres a FreeToPlay game where players can buy an item which can put it on suspected bots then lock them up. to do that players must pay in-game money to get that item.

now heres the question.... why would they make players pay? why wont it be free if its about getting rid of bots? if its about the moral of a good gaming experience.... why not make it free? dont you think this is fishy?

also it legally allow players to buy/sell in-game currency. buy/sell characters. name change service. gender change. buy/sell items. all with credit/real life money. all of these is no different than those illegal activities.

also npc style shop in town wont open to the public.... must pay in item mall to make npc style shop open.... wtf????

oh the game is rohan.

btw, it really doesn't work :/

well if to prevent from spamming just make a timer like 30min cooldown and make the cuff free.

It's not about that. It's just about to see how mutch cash the company can amass from clueless people with a credit card.

The "moto" of this kind of companies must be "lets grab, grab, grab, as much as we can!".

Why people keep playing (and most important: PAYING) for this games, is behyond me.

yeah i regret i paid 10 bucks for this piece of crap! and i will not let it happen again! in fact i quit! bs game! greedy game! currupted game!

Gee, did you think hosting these kinds of games, developing these kinds of games, maintaining them etc.. that it was all done for free by the devs? They use tactics like this to make their money, thats what f2p mmo's are all about.

I play Rohan, taking a short break right now though.

The cuff system costs money so players don't abuse it. When you catch a bot, you get your 10k (which takes under 1min to make) back.

Bots are too smart for the cuff system now anyway. You have to tell a GM if you want to get rid of them, through the Live Support on the website. They teleport streight to you and ban the bots streight away. Don't worry about it.

so we get 10k back if we caught a bot? thats a good thing then.... but we still pay first. and what if cuff and didnt succeed due to bot are smart? do we still get our 10k back?

well aside from the anti bot system, the bussiness model are greedy! super greedy! hardcore greedy! think about it! legally sell/buy characters! legally sell/buy in-game money! change name! legally buy/sell god's weapon and armors! legally being god mode! npc style shop in town looks to be more of an in-game money based but no! gotta pay real cash to make it open! slow ass traveling speed! to be faster pay real cash from item mall! mounts are slow as hell! get faster mount from item mall! default run speed are slow! overall slow poke traveling speed! this is hardcore greedyness! silkroad is not even hardcore greedy like this! but yeah all freetoplay are similar.... but rohan is jus too hardcore greedyness! and currupted! this is not even about fun! its all about who pay more money wins!

i feel that this game is aiming at young players that doesnt have much inteligent yet..... if they do.... they will think.... think..... and think..... till then they will know whats up.

You get what you pay for. I'm not implying that buying in-game items is the way to go. I'm implying that you are playing a free MMO. They have to make money somehow.
