ok so the graphics sucks i can get over that..however the controls really sucked

its wasd which is my prefered control setup with one major aspect missing..to turn you MUST use a and d, no you cant look with your camera while holding w down and go where your looking..to me that is an epic failure that really slowed down how i moved and made the gameplay sluggish and fustrating...if you going to go the wasd rout you must offer movement based on camera angle or it just doesnt work right....i would even go as far as to say point and click would have improved gameplay

that with the fact that the game wasnt fun or offerd anything good and had a unfriendly community made me really regret the download

I was downloading till i looked at the "premium content" section.

They sell instant lvl 30 with a pile of cash.

They sell 3x experience for an hour, and other unfair items like that.

If a game sells fake acomplishments to all the lil impatient noobs, then its not worth playing imho.

hey hey hey rune scape isn't that bad they resently updated the grafix to the point were it laggs on my new comp even after getting AWSOME vedio card and my new cable conection... seriously DONT KNOCK RUNESCAPE!!!!

Firstly this game has THE BEST RVR I have ever seen in a F2P online game, secondly let me dispell a few of the idiots on this post,

Camera can be moved by holding the right mouse button (duh)

The premium items will not allow "lvl 50 noobs" even if you shell out £50 on a lvl 30 scroll and a bunch of 200% boosters it will still take you a month or so playing 4-5 hours a day, so this is only done by palyers with several other chars realy and unlike some other games Premium content dose not bias pvp or rvr in anyway towards p2p'rs

The early lvls suck, as do most games get to Wz then you will have fun, lvl 30 takes a week tops unless your lazy

Also there is now an english server "horus" and Invasions will be a feature soon, (woo)

Graphicaly its not great, I find it acctualy quite nice to look at if you have a good pc and turn all the graphics high/on in adv. options but I mostly play on low/normal to avoide lag in wars, But realy if you want shiny graphics go play to pay a game, or better yet go buy a PS3 or X-box 360, OR better yet go outside

But if you do join, for gods sake join Ignis or Alsius they need more people, and its painfull how many legolas wanna be's you see around syrtis

Still a bit buggy but the RVR is awesom, especialy for a F2P game, download wont take more than 2-3 hours tops either,

This is a game that once held all kinds of promise, but one that has been ruined by bad updates and MASSIVE, MASSIVE amounts of lag. The lag in this game is so bad at fort battles that it's barely even playable. I cannot even imagine what the lag for invasions will be like....as even in normal conditions just walking around a city is a lag-filled nightmare. Even worse, the "updates" are so drastic, that in reality, this game has almost no resemblance whatsoever to the game that NGD studios first released last year. For my money, the ORIGINAL RELEASE of Regnum is far better than this crap...

This game, really, is a joke.

Hi, I've read all the comments and posts you have put up on this part of the site, I only have one question towards you... Why do you care? Honestly one "I don't like this game."  would have sufficed, but instead you are screwing NGD over because your keeping potential player from playing their game.I see a lot of bugs in this game and all but really i think its a pretty good game.

Ok most of the people who flamed Regnum here i can tell proabbly didn't play past lvl 10.  Yes it's admittably laggy at times, but every game has it's cons, don't deny it.  Personally as long as the graphics are better than Runescape, who the hell cares? Graphics don't make the game, gameplay does.  Which imo i think is nice.  The premium is more for people who have passed lvl 30 or have another character, but if you aren't willing to pay up to speed up the game don't put others down just because they pass you. And about the movement?  Why do people like point and click, it screws me up in other games.

After a year of playing it with 6 characters i give it a 9/10 it's well put together for a f2p game
