Anyone knows if there will be a montly fee or if it will be like kicksonline where you pay for items? I read somewhere in the official site that the game will be free to download... or maybe I dream it

 It will be free but you will be able to subscribe for additional content I think.

I think that for this game that would be nice since at least on my country the best PES and  FIFA  (soccer games) players only like to play free games

Football Superstars will indeed be free to play, but there will be a subscription option available to gain access to certain extra features.
