Suggest taking a gander at 1 of the leak sites for a better idea of the changes.

Rogues are getting buffed through the roof (say bye bye to trinketing out of stun amongst other things), if you think the QQ about rogues is bad now... you ain't seen nothing yet. Imagine the old vanilla wow shaman forums now double it. That's what's gonna happen when open beta hits.

shaman changes for enhancement in regards to pvp are v.weak (apart from imp.SR but before you say it's an amzing buff - in practice it falls flat when compared to other classes. Would have been amazing in tbc but pff for wotlk). Enhancement remains a pve specc.... and a raid spec at that. Yes shaman get hex but all this turns out to be is a fancy 75% slow with a pretty graphic (Can not attack or cast when moving). Tree is very bloated and still retains the useless talents that no one ever takes. Top tier talent IS CRAP, I cannot emphasize this enough. Imagine druid treants but with a canine appearance. I want to say more about the enhancement changes but im on shaky ground here. But I will say again  - the changes are very lackluster in practise and feedback from devs on this matter is practically non-existent. It is soooo frustrating right now...

Gief war, tcos, aion.

DrowNoble - lore wise Death Knights would be Humans, Dwarves, Orcs and Undead. Did you forget that the first Death Knight was Teron Gorefiend, who was an Orc?

There is nothing in the lore about agility buffs being exclusively air totems. Agility is just a game mechanic, they can apply it whatever totem they want.

Also, Shamans in WoW are a combination of Shamans, Witch Doctors and Spirit Walkers units from WC3 along with some abilities from the Far Seer, Tauren Chieftan and Shadow Hunter Heroes.

The changes to all classes, including new spells and new talents, make them even more varied and unique than they are now.

Yes I know Gorefiend was a DK, but he was "raised" to that status.  Since none of the players will be dead and "raised" I was pointing out that in that way, DK's are fallen paladins (like Arthas).

Actually there is lore in the game about why grace of air is tied to the air totem.  The stat agility isn't but the totem that grants agility is.  Not to mention you get your earth totem when you're still a newbie.  You get Strength of Earth totem at level 10.  You don't even get your Air Totem until level 30 and the actual Grace of Air totem til 42!  So what sense does it make lore-wise to "combine" these 2?  Did some people actually complain that it was "too hard" to drop 4 totems?

The changes to all classes, including these "new" spells and talents, make them less varied and unique than they are now.

Wow, all I can say is wow.  I won't ever come back to World of Warcraft again, the game had potential back when it was released but now Blizzard is screwing up the game even more then normal.  Why do I say this you might ask, well it is easy Blizzard has turned what could have being a great class based MMO into a carebear version of an MMO.  The classes them selves were ment to contradict each other, people complained when the Paladin was able to destroy an undead with the blink of an eye but that is the way the Class system is supposed to be.  Balance in a class based system is nothing more then a carebear system.

Now one of my favorite types of characters gets screwed once more, the Warlock again is screwed over.  First one of the biggest reason people chose the Warlock was the Infernal as a pet then we find out all the conditions and the recharge timer.  Next we can't name our pets, that is fine, but now we don't have talent trees for our pets?  I mean come on this is pathetic instead of really fixing things that are wrong with the game they are just making the game more carebearish.  Its pathetic, I can't believe the people in this world are willing to fork over 10000000x 13$/month for this game.  There is so much that is horrible about it now.  People will flame me for saying all of this, but oh well.

Yeah, I thought the shaman changes were interesting.  Give them a polymorph spell and combine a handful of their totems so that one totem does multiple things.  Wonder what the shaman community thinks about that.

the CC is awesome.  we should have that already.

The totems are a nice change but, honestly, any shaman worth his/her copper is able to manage totems and know what/where/when to drop them.

Well said I must say!  If they were just adding a poly-like spell (hex) then it would be fine with me.  As a bit of a lore-junkie it irks me that they are "combining" totems without any regard as to a lore-reason why.   Blood elves going horde mad no sense and now with have these absurd changes to go with our Not-So-Heroic Hero Class.

Can we get more QQ from people who don't play/haven't played enough to know what they're talking about? Warlocks screwed over? Get out of here. I recently rerolled alliance and chose a warlock (third one) due to the updates on the warlock skills.

I mean really, no one, and I mean no one, rolled a warlock for the infernals. Even when I made my first warlock around launch, the infernal was the last thing I was worried about. And the conditions on the summon were relevant - if you really want one, pray your CoD gets the killing blow. Walk around with that useless pet all you want.

The term carebear is thrown around so freely, can you even point me in the direction of the definition? How did anything in that entire post even remotely have to do with any "carebear" changes? Just go LOOK at the warlock changes, they're beautiful. My mage is the one I'm upset about.

And lewl @ fury warriors being OP in PVP. Titans Grip also has a reduction on damage and speed iirc. Read more on the details, jesus christ. mmo-champion.com might do you all some good.

You can either agree with me or be wrong!

Titan grip already came up in the ideas for TBC talents actually, the patchnotes were deemed fake or at least changed later but apparently the idea simply got scrapped back then.

Well I think Titan Grip will get looked into and possibly reworked.  Yes, there is a speed penalty but Fury wars get talents to increase attack speed and damage.  Combine that with, say, a pair of Gladiator 2handers?   Ouchies.  Gonna see a lot of clothies taking dirt naps wondering wth just hit em.

Abit worried as to how Titan Grip is going to have an impact on Rogues. Even though they get an attack speed penalty they can make it up elsewhere and the dps on the 2h's already makes up the penalty alone...
