If you are reading the feature list, get real it is a wishlist, there is no way the small staff can incorporate such an expansive list. 

We will only know if the game is fit to play if they release a beta, until then everything is pure speculation.

Oh just for your edification, Duke Nukem had a publisher and it is still the king of vaporware.  So the fact of having a publisher does not exclude the well deserved vaporware descriptor attached to this title.

Can you prove they are not??? Can you EVER prove the videos from a game that arent out yet truly belong to that game? No. But if your gonna get super literal just for the sake of boredom ill reword it for you.

You guys havent been paying close attention to DF, they released videos like years ago, ill dig up the links though if you NEED to see them from me, even though there ar elinks all over the DF forums AND these forums.

That video was shown at a Greek gaming convention barely a week or two ago. They also showed another video I believe. The article said "one old one we were familliar with and a new one". Or something to that effect.

That's a ridiculous notion -- that I'd have to know someone who visited Aventurine in order to verify their integrity. Were that the case for proof, discussion over the internet would be completely meaningless without a face-to-face meeting. Your standards are silly.

Those blogs are independently maintained by people who stopped by Aventurine while they were visiting Greece. You can verify that yourself. Requiring me to verify my verification is simply an absurd and useless tactic you're employing in an attempt to reduce the importance of my information.

As for the Beta date, while in the past they've given tentative goals, Aventurine has given a solid "internally, we've decided on this year for Beta" response in one of their forum updates. You'd know that if you'd bothered to educate about the game you're bashing.

Oh, and I know what you're thinking. "But Tykero, you can't know that that is true!"

Here's the thing. You've somehow got in your head that Aventurine has done something to undermine their accountability. That's simply not true at all. The only people who believe Aventurine hasn't been true to their word are the people who simply haven't bothered to learn anything other than what the bashers and trolls have told them. Truth is, Aventurine has done an admirable job of keeping the community updated, for a small group development project.
