hi i would like to know if you can really kill miners in high sec with out conred  gting involved .is it true i just want to know i ant no miner just need to know.

0.5 - 1.0 you will receive police brutality ... right in the b-hole.

0.1 - 0.4 you will recieve security status hits if you engage in combat. Gate guns will fire if engaged near a gate.

0.0 - no PVP penalties

It IS possible to kill miners in highsec however. All you need is the knowledge to properly flip someones can (as well as a fool whos not paying attention), or obviously have a war dec against their non-newbie corp.

Actually it is pretty easy to do, you get a small fleet of cheap t1 frigates and you can take out very expensive hulks.  The Caldari Kestrels are very good for this, Hulks don't have a chance.   Really works well on macroers with expensive ships, they learn fast and stay away from the system.

My corp's home system and nearby systems has had no macroers for months.

Wont happen less you hit a unfitted hulk. Hulks where designed for deep space mining and as such are heavily resistant. I had a goon swarm nut try and take me in a kestral guess what he got to about 10% of my armor as I watched him get poped and my drones where all over him. Moral of the story is that is you are paying atention in an exhumer and in high sec no suicide ganker will not be able to touch you.

Sure, because Barges have a huge signature radius, right?

A thorax is enough. Or a brutix. Or just a geddon with smartbombs..

Having lived through a suicide attempt, I can tell you if properly outfitted you wont stand a chance of getting the hulk before concord kills you even in a .5 system which was where the ganker tryed to catch me. So take it from first hand experiance a hulk is a passive tanker.

Could you PM your setup? I don't have a hulk currently, but I would love to have that in case I get one.
