Requiem: Bloodymare

Guys,

I am not joking when I said it is fun... It is like Guild Wars fun, but u don't have to buy the game.

I came from EVE Online, trust me..when an EvE pilot said it is fun... it is fun.  Ok why is fun?

1. Nitemare: Any game that make me peed in my shorts is fun...while killing monsters, the "nitemare" feature activated..OMFG, i was running around looking for cover.  These freaky baby looking monster was killing all of us noobs left and right--oh yea I was scare.

2. PvP acutally make sense: you bring to the arena what you will use for combat, skill, weapons, armor, shield, spell... if you got it, you fight it.  There is no other set-up.. simple PvP and it is fun.  PvE actually drive PvP.  I found myself doing more quests and grinding to better myself for PvP.

3.  Simple interface and game play. 

a) Deathpenalty, EvE pilots love death pent.
b) Click and watch fighting, similiar to Guild Wars, WOW and LOTRO
c) You can do mission while waiting for PvP
d) buying/selling is simple

4.  IT's FREE!

However, the list of bad are alot.. but I won't go there.. you can judge your own problems.

Sorry but what are you even talking about?lol..I missed the game title in all that wootness.

Check the forum your in you will see the game title. I was in the free beta a few months back it wasn't anything special to me. I found it kinds boring it did have an ok look to it though.

i love to try out this game, but for some reason, everytime i download the game one of the file in the zip is corruped, i ahve tried downloading 3 times!! o well, i'll give it another try later.

Use the fileplanet version if you can.  Also don't use a download manager unless its the IGN one.  Download Managers work by splitting up the file into multiple parts, then downloading the pieces all at once.  This will corrupt the file.

Like this game alot, one of the best Free MMO's out thr, was just forced ones to grind without a quest ^^ the quest r simple, walk thr kill as many as it needs to collect 10 qitems, or talk to him,then to her and so on, but all the time u play u got quests and nice rewards, high amount of xp or some Items. Graphics r ok, chars look well, nice highres textures at em, design is a mixture of phantasy and mhm steampunk? the towns have a typical phantasy design and some towns and locations look more like about 100 years ago. I got lvl 25 at mom, so I dont know how much fun it is at high or real midlvl. At mom I got much fun.

I was lurking in AoC forums yesterday and a poster there (the thread was deleted in under 5 minutes because the OP was flaming Funcom) mentioned this game and a couple others so I took a look since I fugured that AoC was far from finished and I probably loose interest quick.

I downloaded the game from Gamershell (only zip that worked) and installed it. I picked a PvE server (there are 2 PvE and one PvP with plans to add a couple different types) I had a blast running quests and just kiling mobs.
 

This game is a sleeper IMO and it is just going to get better.

I liked it so much I bought the preimum and I don't feel cheated at all.

Just my opinion and your mileage may vary.

The game is fine, until lvl 60 you lvl up easily doing quests, 60-69 is the real pain tho...i believe they don't want people hitting lvl 69 before they can release new content. The only pure grind lvls would be...44-46 and 61-69 so is not that bad, btw I'm lvl 50 and quitted for a while waiting for new content and the new class, but the game is great.

I stopped reading there sorry. Even accounting sounds a hell of a lot more appealing than EVE. :p
