**********BURNOUT 3: TAKEDOWN************* People let me just say that this game kicks so much ass. I am currenty writing this to you from work in a sleep deprived state. Now I normally don't write about games but this one deserves some special attention. Hell I don't even like racing games hardly at all......but this game is so much more than a racing game. Game rankings currenty has a combined score for this game at 94.2%. I loved Burnout 2 and I REALLY want Burnout 3 but if you don't have Xbox Live or a PS2 Network Adapter (or friends) then it's really no point in getting it. FABLE!! CANNOT... WAIT... FOR.. THAT.... GAME. |

What do you mean no reason?!?! It's Burnout! It's been fun single player the last 2 games! I'm definitely getting 3, network adapter or not. I have ir preordered, it's the first game I've preordered since Metal Gear solid 2, I also have MGS3 currently preordered, had it since I saw the E3 trailer. That trailer also sucked me into IGNsider... bad mistake. -------------------------------------- |

very true and if you loved the past two get this game....the coolest effect that they added is called aftertouch and it lets you control your car somewhat after the crash so you can make the biggest crashes...oh and you finally after 2 games get to actually blow up the gas tankers!!!! w00t.

). I could go on and on about the features but I'm too tired so just read the reviews. Alghouth I will say that the crash mode has over 100 courses and and there are more than 50 cars to unlock...this is a must have for somebody who loves carnage and some of the most intense racing ever.
